Refund & Exchange Policy
• All sales are final. No cash refunds.
• Exchanges are allowed only within 1 to 2 days max of delivery, exclusively for specific cases (manufacturing defects or wrong items), provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
• Shipping & Delivery Policy
• Delivery takes 1 to 2 days max, and up to 3 days max for the North Coast (El Sahel).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
